Coaching Services

Coaching will help you develop a clear, authentic plan with concrete action steps to follow in order to move forward from where you are now to where you want to be in your life. As a coach, I will help you to listen to your own inner voice and to find your own answers. Because you will gain a deep understanding of why you want to move forward, you will become motivated and energized to follow your own path with authenticity and confidence.

How long you stay with coaching is entirely up to you. My suggestion is that you make a personal commitment to yourself for at least three months of coaching to establish an effective, meaningful, and lasting plan to move forward in your life. It takes time to change old habits and old thought patterns. Committing to a number of coaching sessions will greatly accelerate the progress you will experience.

Most coaching is done over the telephone. Although initially some people think they would prefer face-to-face coaching, after a few sessions most discover that coaching over the phone is more efficient and usually more focused, because there is less distraction. I offer coaching over the phone, Skype, via email or a combination, whatever works best for both of us. If the geographical area allows I also do face-to-face coaching.

I prefer credit card payments via PayPal at www.paypal.com. Prior to our session (at least 24 hours in advance) please send payment to Lisa Velazquez at lisa@lisavel.com. If payment is late, we have to reschedule your session.
